4. Earnings and Rewards

Earnings from promotions, playlists, referrals, or any creative engagement are calculated according to platform rules. All users must provide verifiable proof (e.g., screen recordings, shares, playlist time, etc.) via HustleTunes.com or the PK&DAESP app dashboard.

5. Studio and Product Bookings

Bookings must be made via official platforms. Fraudulent bookings, misrepresentation, or falsified proof may result in a permanent ban.

6. Subscription and Payment

All subscriptions and one-time fees are clearly displayed. All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only issued for failed or duplicated charges.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates our terms, engages in abusive behavior, or misuses the platform.

Users retain rights to their original content. However, by uploading to our platforms, you grant PK&DAESP a license to use, promote, and redistribute the content for platform-related purposes.
