1. Introduction

This agreement outlines the responsibilities, payment structure, and non-negotiable conditions for all HustleTunes Playlist Creators. By signing this contract, you confirm that you understand and accept the non-negotiable terms of participation.

2. Job Description & Daily Task

• Listening Requirement: Listen to at least 100 songs daily from the Centralized Playlist (120 songs).
• Playlist Curation: Create a 100-song playlist with:
  - 70% from HustleTunes' catalogue.
  - 20% from top trending songs.
  - 10% personal selection.
• Daily Submission: Submit a refined, non-duplicate playlist via the Alsotunes.com dashboard.
• Sharing Requirement: Share your playlist daily on social media and submit proof via the HustleTunes dashboard.
• Monthly Requirement: Submit at least 20 playlists per month to qualify for payment.

3. Payment Structure & Earnings

• Daily Payment: ₦1,000 per completed playlist.
• Minimum Requirement: At least 20 playlists per month for payment eligibility.
• Total Earning Potential: Up to ₦30,000 per month.
• Bonuses: Extra rewards for exceptional playlist engagement.
• Penalties: ₦500 deduction for missing proof of sharing or incomplete playlists.

4. Non-Negotiable Terms

• Playlist Ownership: All created playlists remain HustleTunes' property.
• Ethical Conduct: No fake streaming, skipping, or fraudulent activity.
• Commitment: Daily task completion is required—no excuses accepted.

5. Termination Policy

Your contract may be terminated if you:

• Miss 3 consecutive playlist submissions without notice.
• Fail to meet the 20-playlist monthly requirement.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or violate ethical standards.

6. Confidentiality & Security

All internal tools, accounts, and logins must remain confidential. Unauthorized sharing will result in legal action.
